Book Ice

Available to all members and non-members to book ice for practice, family/friends, birthdays, work events, etc.)
Instructions: Simply find an empty available slot (minimum 1 hour) on the calendar below (on mobile devices click the Launch booking system button) and then click on an empty slot to begin.  You can then adjust the booking length and number sheets and then click the Book button at the top of the calendar.  To finalize enter your email, name & phone number and confirm the booking. You will then receive a confirmation email and your all set!
Fee: the booking fee is $20/hour/sheet (tax included).
Rules: minimum 1 hour bookings.  Bookings can only be made up to 14 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Please call the office minimum 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a booking.
Recurring Bookings: For recurring bookings, including annual practice slots, please call the office for discounted rates and availability.  Annual practice slots can be purchased online here.
Ice Condition: It is not always possible to clean and prep the ice prior to each booking.  Online bookings come with no guarantee the ice will be freshly prepped.  If you require freshly prepped ice please call the office to discuss rates and availability.
