Meet Our Team

Darren

Darren is our most valuable asset. He is the reason people come from across the country to throw rocks. He is an absolutely mind-blowing ice maker and an even better guy. Don’t get him into the whiskey though or he’ll try to explain his 3+ years of ice knowledge to you in an hour.

Russ

Russ is our assistant ice tech and saves the day when Darren is away at major events. He’s unbelievably friendly and has learned a ton about the science of ice in a very short time. The best part about Russ is he’s always up for a crispy pilsner and a great story.

James

James is the only one of our deadly bartenders but is also a sponsor of the rink. When he’s not selling houses for Century 21, you can find him upstairs pumping the classic 50s tunes and serving up crispy pints.

Tegan

Tegan is a 4th-year university student at the University of Regina, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree and majoring in psychology as well as human justice. She’s likely the most energetic person you’ve ever met and forgets nobody. Her claim to fame is being the self-proclaimed “Caesar queen” of the southeast region!

Britt

Odds are if you’ve been in our lounge you’ve heard Britt singing some country, even if you didn’t want to. She could be having the worst day ever and she would still be smiling. Her curling idols include Greg Lowe and Michelle Englot.

Michelle

Michelle is a small-town girl from Montmartre, SK. She is lightning behind the bar as well as on the ice. Don’t make fun of her though or she’ll give it back harder than you dished out!
